RubberX 社区行为准则

为构建一个安全、友好、开放且可持续的社交环境，RubberX 特制定本社区行为准则。所有注册、访问和使用本社区服务的用户，均视为已阅读、理解并同意遵守以下条款：
一、友善沟通与相互尊重

所有会员应遵循理性沟通、尊重他人的基本原则，平等表达个人观点。

禁止任何形式的恶意攻击、人身辱骂、威胁恐吓、人肉搜索、跟踪骚扰、造谣中伤、挑衅煽动。

禁止发布仇恨或歧视性言论，包括但不限于针对性别、性取向、种族、国籍、宗教、身体状况、社会身份等内容。

未经明确同意，禁止发布他人的个人信息，包括但不限于姓名、头像、联系方式、社交账号、住址、工作单位、照片、视频等。
违反上述规定的用户，RubberX 有权根据情节严重程度，采取删除内容、禁言账号、永久封禁账号及封锁IP等措施。
二、禁止政治相关讨论

RubberX 为非政治性社交平台，社区立场中立，不参与任何政治相关争议。

禁止发布、传播或讨论与政治、意识形态相关的内容，包括但不限于政党言论、建政倡议、极端主张或政治动员行为。
一经发现，将立即删除相关内容，并视情况对账号进行永久封禁及IP封锁处理。
三、未成年人保护政策
-
本社区仅面向年满 18 周岁的成年人开放。用户在注册及使用前须确认自身已达到所在国家或地区的法定成年年龄。
-
严禁发布、传播、下载、保存或讨论任何形式的儿童色情内容，包括但不限于真实图像、动画、虚构描写等。
任何违反者将被立即封禁账号、封锁IP处理。
四、禁止恶意引流与诈骗行为
-
禁止发布未经授权的任何外部引流信息，包括但不限于 Telegram 群组、电报机器人、WhatsApp 群、第三方社交平台链接、虚假交易网站等。
-
当前平台不支持发布 Telegram 链接，一律视为潜在诈骗处理。
一经发现，将删除相关内容，并对账号执行永久封号及封锁IP处理。
五、禁止发布医疗相关信息

本平台非医疗服务平台，禁止发布医学诊断、药品推荐、治疗建议、注射方案或其他医学类内容。
-
用户不得提供或请求医疗建议、处方或自我用药指导。
如果您有医疗咨询需求，我们强烈建议您寻求可靠的专业医疗机构咨询。如违反上述条款，RubberX 将删除相关内容并视情况封禁账号。
六、内容版权与授权规范

加入 RubberX 即表示您已阅读并同意遵守本平台《版权声明》。

分享非原创内容（如照片、视频、文章等）时，如原作者为本社区用户，必须事先获得其明确授权后方可发布。
-
使用官方转发功能的内容可视为已获授权，无需额外取得作者同意。
-
若内容原作者非本社区用户，未经授权擅自转载的，平台有权在接到投诉后删除内容并不再另行通知。
建议使用平台“转帖”或“引用”功能以标注原始出处，共同维护良好创作环境。
七、账号注册与使用规范

每个 IP 地址最多可注册 3 个账号。

禁止使用技术手段绕过限制、恶意刷号、批量注册等行为。

若因共享IP等技术原因无法完成注册，请使用平台“联系我们”功能提交人工注册申请。
八、用户生成内容免责声明

本社区所有内容均由用户自主创建、发布、分享，RubberX 不对用户内容的真实性、完整性、合法性或及时性承担责任。

用户须对其发布的所有内容自行承担责任。
RubberX 仅作为中立的信息平台与技术载体，不参与用户内容的审核或背书。
九、准则更新与执行说明

本准则将根据平台运营及法律法规变化适时修订并通过公告形式通知。

所有平台管理行为（如删帖、封号、限制功能等）均依据最新版准则执行。

用户有义务定期查阅并遵循最新版本。

RubberX Community Terms
[English]
To foster a safe, friendly, inclusive, and sustainable social environment, RubberX has established the following Community Code of Conduct. All users who register, access, or use this platform are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms:
1. Respectful Communication
- All members shall engage respectfully and communicate rationally, with equal rights to express personal views.
- Any form of malicious attack, personal insult, threat, doxing, stalking, harassment, defamation, or incitement is strictly prohibited.
- Hate speech or discriminatory remarks are prohibited, including but not limited to those based on gender, sexual orientation, race, nationality, religion, physical condition, or social status.
- It is forbidden to post others’ personal information without explicit consent, such as name, photo, contact, address, workplace, social accounts, or other private media.
Violators will be subject to content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, and IP blocking depending on severity.
2. No Political Content
- RubberX is a non-political platform with a neutral stance and will not engage in political disputes of any kind.
- Posting, spreading, or discussing political or ideological content, including party propaganda, regime advocacy, or political mobilization, is strictly prohibited.
Violating content will be deleted immediately. Accounts may be permanently banned and IP addresses blocked.
3. Protection of Minors
- This community is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Users must confirm they meet the legal age of majority in their region before registration or use.
- Posting, distributing, downloading, storing, or discussing any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)—including real, animated, or fictional—is strictly prohibited.
Any violation will result in immediate account ban and IP block.
4. No Malicious Redirection or Scams
- It is forbidden to share unauthorized external links for redirection, including but not limited to Telegram groups, bots, WhatsApp chats, third-party platforms, or fraudulent sites.
- Telegram links are currently not supported and will be treated as potential scams.
Violating content will be removed immediately and accounts may be permanently banned and IPs blocked.
5. No Medical Content
- This platform is not a medical service. Any posts offering diagnoses, treatment suggestions, medication advice, or medical content are prohibited.
- Users must not provide or solicit medical advice, prescriptions, or self-treatment information.
If you need medical help, please consult a certified medical professional. Violations may result in account suspension or banning.
6. Copyright & Content Licensing
- By joining RubberX, you acknowledge and agree to the platform’s Copyright Policy.
- If the original creator is a community member, you must obtain their explicit permission before reposting non-original content.
- Content shared via the platform’s repost function is considered authorized.
- If the creator is not a community member and their work is posted without consent, RubberX reserves the right to delete the content upon complaint, without further notice.
We encourage the use of the "Repost" or "Quote" function to credit sources and support a respectful creative ecosystem.
7. Account Registration & Use
- Each IP address may register up to 3 accounts.
- It is forbidden to bypass limits, use bots, or register in bulk via technical means.
- If shared IP environments cause registration issues, users may contact support for manual registration assistance.
8. User-Generated Content Disclaimer
- All content in this community is user-generated. RubberX is not responsible for the authenticity, completeness, legality, or timeliness of user-submitted content.
- Users are fully responsible for the content they post.
RubberX serves only as a neutral platform and technical facilitator. We do not endorse or moderate individual content.
9. Updates & Enforcement
- This code may be revised as needed based on operational or legal requirements. Notices will be posted via announcements.
- All moderation actions (e.g., content deletion, bans) will be based on the latest version of the rules.
- Users are responsible for regularly reviewing and complying with the latest guidelines.
10. Additional Notes
- Impersonation is prohibited: Users must not impersonate others, administrators, or official RubberX accounts.
- Illegal content is strictly prohibited: This includes but is not limited to drug trafficking, violent threats, illegal pornography, fraud, and black-market content.
- RubberX reserves the right to permanently ban accounts and cooperate with law enforcement as needed.
